What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, and the details of your order. When you visit the site, our advertising tools may collect information about the pages you view.

Why we use it

• To take payment, pack your order and deliver it.
• To contact you about your order, and to give support.
• To measure how well our advertising works.
• To meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, which processes your payment. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay directly and are never stored by us.
• Shiprocket and the courier company delivering your parcel, who need your name, phone number and address.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, which records visits and purchases on this site so we can measure our adverts.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your choices

Security

Payments are handled by Razorpay over secure connections. We keep order details on protected systems and limit who can see them.
