Who we are

Products and prices

We sell Swarna Shrunga filter coffee decoction in 250 ml bottles. All prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping is shown separately in the order form before you pay. Pack sizes and prices can change, but the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.

Shelf life and storage

The shelf life is 35 days from the date of manufacture printed on the bottle. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerate it after opening.

Orders and payment

We accept online payment only (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets), processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed when your payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot deliver to your address or if a product is not available.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our shipping policy and refund and cancellation policy, which form part of these terms.

Our responsibility

We take care in making and packing every bottle. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
